Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. Your time is important to us, and these guidelines help us serve you better and more efficiently.
Deposits
A £5 - £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking!

Remaining balance can be paid with either cash or card.
No Extra Guests
To ensure a calm, uninterrupted experience and due to limited space, we have a strict no extra guest and a no children policy.
Late Arrivals
We understand that things happen, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re over 15 minutes late and we can still accommodate you, a £15 late fee applies. If we can’t fit you in, your appointment may be rescheduled, which will require a new deposit. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience for everyone. Thank you!
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

You may reschedule once within the same calendar month, subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling - or changes made outside of that period will require a new deposit to secure a new date.

No-shows will be charged up to 50% of the remaining balance from the service booked.

New Slots
New appointment slots are released on the 15th of each month at 8pm for the following month.
Confirmation Email
A confirmation email will be sent out after booking. This email will provide the full address, a link to a form that must be completed before your appointment, and any other necessary information
Age Policy
Please note that chemical treatments are not offered to clients under the age of 16. However, we kindly welcome guests aged 11 and over for any other services.
Appointment Prep
To help us provide the best service, please:

Arrive with detangled, product-free hair (no oils or creams)
​
Ensure your hair is washed and blowdried, unless your service includes it or you've added the service
​
For braid appointments, please keep your schedule flexible, as timing may vary. We work without time pressure to ensure quality result
